Mount Olympus Senior Center is located at 1635 East Murray- Holladay Road. Phone 801-274-1710 for more information. Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Transportation is available Mon., Wed., Thurs. and Fri. for those who live in the area. The cost is $1 each way; call and speak with Margo. Anyone who wishes to volunteer at the Center, please contact Tracey Gibson.

Feb. 6 – Birthday Monday. A special lunch is served and birthday cakes are given to all those celebrating a birthday in February.
Feb. 7, 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – AARP Driver’s Safety Program. By taking this class you may receive a discount on your auto insurance. $12 for AARP members; $14 for non-members.
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Manicures with Jassie. Call the Center for an appointment.

Feb. 8, 11 a.m. – Skip Bo. Skip Bo is a fun card game that is growing in popularity at Mt. Olympus. If you are interested in playing, there are plenty of people to teach you, so come join in.
Feb. 9, 8 a.m. – Tai Chi. With Michael
9 a.m. – Chair Tai Chi. With Jane and Catherine.
1 p.m. – P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise). Taught by Margaret Crowell, certified instructor.
Feb. 13 – Hearing Aide Check. Brent Fox from Audiology Associates will be checking and cleaning hearing aides. Please call for appointment.
12:45 p.m. – Free Bingo
Feb. 14, 8 to 10:30 a.m. – Free Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Check. With Ellen
11:30 a.m. – Valentine’s Party. A special lunch will be served and entertainment will be Kara Lynn Roundy, singer and pianist.
