Sandy Amphitheater ends summer on a high note in September

The Sandy Amphitheater ends its 2010 concert season with a slate of not to be missed concerts.

• Peter Cetera, Friday, Sept. 10- This Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter has succeeded with two profound musical careers. As a distinguished solo artists his hits have included, "The Glory of Love" from The Karate Kid II, "The Next Time I Fall in Love" with Amy Grant and "After All" with Cher. Prior to his solo career, he was the legendary voice, songwriter and bass player for the multi-platinum selling group, Chicago.

• Colors, Sept. 11- These three fellows make music that will uplift, telling stories that will capture your heart with music that will make you want to dance in your seat.

Broadway Musical Revue, Sept. 13- A musical night on Broadway. Join the best performers from past Sandy Arts Guild musicals as they present inspirational songs from some of Broadway's greatest shows.

• David Wilcox, Sept. 18- Wilcox performs solo acoustic and loves music for how it has tuned up his life. More than just entertainment, music has been a compass to navigate a live worth singing about. With 16 albums, he delivers exactly what his audiences want: music that connects with their heart and souls and because of this he has a loyal following from coast to coast. Centennial Parkway, room 310. The box office at the Amphitheater, 1245 East 9400 South, opens at 6 p.m. on the night of shows only and stays open until intermission. All shows begin at 8 p.m.
